1. Store and publisher relationship

AvenKey is an independent digital-software retailer. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Unless explicitly documented on a product page, AvenKey is not the publisher, official support provider, or authorized partner of the referenced brand.

2. Product information

Before paying, review the product title, edition, platform, license term, subscription status, supported users, region, language, system requirements, and any listed limitations. Contact us before purchasing if any material detail is unclear.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted after payment authorization, verification, and product availability checks. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be verified, is unavailable, appears fraudulent, or contains an obvious pricing or description error.

4. Digital delivery

Fulfillment is sent electronically to the email associated with the order after verification. Delivery timing can vary when manual review or inventory replenishment is required. See the Delivery Policy.

5. License use

A license may be used only under the publisher's applicable license terms and for the edition, device, users, region, and duration purchased. License information must be kept confidential and may not be unlawfully copied, resold, shared, or used to bypass technical restrictions.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, protecting your devices and credentials, checking compatibility before purchase, following installation instructions, and maintaining lawful backups of your data.

7. Support

AvenKey provides order and reasonable activation guidance for products sold through the store. Publisher services, upgrades, payroll, cloud features, tax compliance, and third-party integrations are available only when explicitly included in the listing.

8. Refunds and remedies

Refunds, replacement, and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the store accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the continued operation of publisher-controlled activation and online services. To the extent permitted by law, AvenKey is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by incompatible systems, customer misuse, publisher discontinuation, or third-party services.
