Digital Delivery Policy
AvenKey products are delivered electronically after payment, order, and availability verification.

How delivery works
- The payment provider confirms the transaction.
- AvenKey verifies the order details and available inventory.
- An order confirmation is sent to the order email.
- License information and relevant instructions are sent in a separate fulfillment email.
Delivery destination
Digital products are sent to the email address associated with the order. Customers are responsible for entering and maintaining access to the correct email account and checking spam or junk folders.
Timing and manual review
Delivery begins after successful verification. Some orders may require manual fraud review, clarification of product details, or inventory replenishment. If delivery is delayed, contact hello@avenkey.com with the order ID.
What delivery includes
Delivery includes only the items and services explicitly stated on the product page and order confirmation. Publisher subscriptions, payroll, upgrades, cloud hosting, tax services, and premium support are not included unless the listing expressly says they are.
Safe handling
Keep license information private. AvenKey will never ask for a full card number, PayPal password, or email password to deliver or support an order.
