Requesting help or a refund
Email hello@avenkey.com with your order ID, checkout email, product name, and a clear description of the problem. Do not publish or send a license key except through a support channel we specifically identify for your case.
Before digital delivery
If fulfillment has not started, contact us promptly. A cancellation may be possible unless payment verification or another legally relevant process has already made the order irreversible.
Invalid, undelivered, or incorrect products
If a paid product is not delivered, is invalid, or materially differs from the listing, we will investigate and, where appropriate, provide corrected delivery, replacement, or a refund. We may request reasonable diagnostic information to distinguish an invalid product from a compatibility or installation issue.
Compatibility and change of mind
Customers should verify platform, edition, region, users, subscription term, and system requirements before purchasing. Change-of-mind requests after digital fulfillment are handled according to applicable law and any express consent given for immediate delivery.
EU and similar statutory rights
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, it remains available unless the law permits an exception and the customer expressly requested immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer remedies for content that is defective or not as described.
Refund method
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval is controlled by the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.
Abuse and fraud
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, unlawful sharing or resale, tampering, chargeback abuse, or use outside the purchased license terms, subject always to applicable law.
